Master Mikey Miller (AKA Michael Miller) is the President and Treasurer of SMART Network Guild, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting musicians, artists, authors, actors, and healers through wellness education, financial literacy education, and community support.

His journey is shaped by both ambition and hard-earned lessons.

After leaving college early, he became deeply interested in financial education after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, which sparked a lifelong curiosity about money, business, and alternative paths to stability.

Like many creative professionals and entrepreneurs, he pursued growth before fully understanding the long-term financial consequences of certain decisions.

Nearly twenty years later, while working full time and raising five children, he returned to school and earned three online degrees: an Associate’s degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and an MBA.

While this education provided valuable insight, it also resulted in significant student loan debt.

A reality that strongly informs his work today and reinforces the importance of informed, practical financial decision-making.

In addition to his academic and professional background, he is the author of three published books. His Many Mishaps of Miller adventure series shares real-life stories of mistakes, setbacks, and resilience, offering readers honest examples of what it looks like to stumble, learn, and keep moving forward. He is also the author of Master Your Money Mind: Why Traditional Financial Advice Is Holding You Back and How to Break Free, which challenges conventional financial thinking and encourages a more mindful, individualized approach to money.

With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, including website design, email automation, and online systems, he brings a practical understanding of how modern tools and systems can support sustainable work without overwhelm.

As President and Treasurer of SMART Network Guild, he is committed to transparency, education, and financial responsibility.

His mission is to help creative professionals learn from real-world experiences.

This includes failures they can avoid common pitfalls, make informed choices, and build healthier, more sustainable lives through education, community, and honest guidance.

Secretary Dr. Peggy Gleason

Dr. Peggy Gleason serves as Secretary of SMART Network Guild, bringing over four decades of experience in healthcare leadership, wellness education, and compassionate guidance.

Dr. Peggy spent more than 40 years in critical care as a nurse where she supported patients, staff, and organizations through high-stress environments, complex decision-making, and profound life transitions. Her long career in nursing leadership gave her a deep understanding of how stress, burnout, and emotional strain impact both physical health and quality of life — particularly for women balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

She holds a Doctorate in Natural Health (NHD) and is certified in the Psychology of Eating and stress management. 

Her work focuses on the powerful connection between stress, mindset, habits, and overall well-being, especially during periods of major life change.

Today, Dr. Peggy privately consults with professional women in their 50s and 60s, helping them navigate midlife and beyond with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Her approach is practical, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience, blending medical insight with holistic strategies that honor the whole person.

As Secretary of SMART Network Guild, Dr. Peggy contributes her expertise in wellness education, organizational support, and thoughtful documentation, helping ensure the organization remains mission-driven, transparent, and aligned with its commitment to serving creative professionals with integrity and care.
